Salem

This is Salem. I got to go all the way to NYC to do her senior portraits! It was a lot of fun. They actually don’t do “senior” portraits there… but hopefully I can start a new trend when I move there! Which, speaking of that, I got an internship at MILK Studios in Chelsea (in NY) for winter break. I can’t wait!


This one was her least favorite to take… but one of her favorites in the end!

Manda and Nick

I met Manda and Nick through a girl who lived on my floor in the dorms of which I was an RA. What a fun wedding!! It was very relaxed and easy going.

Meet Tiara

This is Tiara. She was a freshman at my high school when I was a senior. I was so happy to be able to take her senior photos! Here are some of them…

Funny story. We were in the West Bottoms (by the Haunted Houses), and I locked my keys in my trunk! It was a problem! Luckily we were about done with the shoot, and we found 2 nice men who helped us get back in to my car. What an adventure!

Summer Traveling

Hello! Summer is almost here! 11 days and counting!

I just want to send a note to those of you that do not live in KC. I will be traveling a lot this summer! If you’re interested in booking a session, I may just be in your neck of the woods. Here are my traveling plans thus far:

• May 27-June 2: NYC

• June 7-11: St. Louis area

• June 29-July 7: NYC

• July 16-20: Chicago area

To all of you who e-mailed me or wrote your kind comments on this blog, I just want to say thank you so much! I was so afraid that I would be attacked for something I did that someone didn’t like, and so far I have received nothing but positive remarks.

It was an awesome opportunity to be part of High School Confidential, and I hope I can help people (whether parents or kids) if they may be going through something similar to me! That was my one goal of the docu-series… and so far, so good!

So, thanks again for all of your support. It means so much to me!
