I work with you Aunt Martha and I was was looking at your website. The pictures and great! My daughter is going to be a senior in the fall and want to have senior pictures taken probably in August or September. I love your work but would like to get an idea of cost. Can you give me an idea and also what your schedule is like during that time. Thanks,

hello cate!
i feel like such a square in finding you based on high school confidential, but your story was so similar to mine i just had to look you up. i’m a senior about to graduate from high school in virginia, and like you i’ve battled self injury and depression and issues with my eating…and your story was very inspiring.
your pictures are beautiful, i’m so glad you found photography so appealing. (isn’t it almost magical when pictures start to develop in front of your eyes? the darkroom is the most peaceful place i can think of).
okay, i’m rambling now.
keep up the wonderful work.

Hi Cate! I am currently watching your episode and found your story very relatable. I am a senior in a small high school in New Jersey. I come from a divorced family and just recently moved in with my dad, step mom, step sister, and step brother which is a big change for me. Iv’e also had a lot of family issues… i wouldn’t even know where to start, but i loved your story. Anyway, your pictures are great and although i haven’t studied photography, i really want to. Im the one in my group of friends who always has a camera ready and in my hands! Maybe i’ll take a course in college, who knows. Anyway, keep up the good work!
